Foundation

Adults often use the word "play" in our everyday language. We love the word "playing." We might say that we play with numbers, ideas, strategies, probabilities, words, the stock market, or simply concepts. We love to play and do so constantly, yet we often fail to recognize how much we play, how we play, or even how much we benefit from the act of playing.

Play is the pathway to the flow state. It is there that we reach a deeper level of concentration and perform our best work.

Development

Through our research, we have identified eight different play styles in adulthood that repeatedly emerge in workplace settings.

During our Playsonality® workshop, we delve into these styles and explore how play manifests in adult and professional environments. We also examine how play is connected to learning, how learning is linked to communication, how communication influences work, and how work is ultimately tied to our overall well-being and happiness.

In our workshop, each participant validates their play style profile using 100% creative tools. Our assessment provides participants with new insights and a playful approach to how we reflect, consider, express, share, connect, belong, work, build, and play.
